Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.

If you are shopping in the UK or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Pounds or your own currency. Pillar Records reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and refund money owed.

For all orders: The contract is concluded when Pillar Records dispatch all items ordered.

All goods remain the property of Pillar Records until paid for in full.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping will be added at the checkout dependant on your location and number of items, there is no charge for handling.

Please Note: if you enter the wrong postcode or address while making a purchase on the internet website and we subsequently send the goods to the wrong address, we will re-ship the goods but the re-shipping costs will be at your own expense!

All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail and may take 3 - 14 days dependent on location.

Out of stock items.

You will be advised of out stock items within 24 hours and given an estimated delivery date. If your item is not in stock, you will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Pillar Records cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail unforseen problems and therefore do not guarantee a next day delivery

Please call Pillar Records on 0870 922 0721 or email on admin@pillarrecords.com. Please quote your order number and state clearly the nature and reason for your return. Pillar Records reserve the right to certain stipulations regarding products being returned: all items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Any items returned that are found to be damaged in any way, cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances

You have ordered the wrong items from Pillar Records

Pillar Records cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when ordering Items through our website. The goods received must be sent back at the customers own expense. Replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned items. The customer will be liable to cover any cost incurred for the re-shipping of replacement goods. The customer will also be liable for any broken / lost / stolen items when in transit back to Pillar Records.

Breakages

We will not replace damages for international shipments (we will only refund the cost of the damages). All Items Received Must Be Checked Upon Delivery.

If you suspect breakages within your shipment, you MUST sign for the delivery as Damaged.

If you DO NOT sign for the delivery as damaged, and breakages are discovered upon closer inspection, you MUST report the exact amount of damages to us before the end of business on the day that the delivery takes place. Call us on: 0870 922 0721 or email us on admin@pillarrecords.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after the day of delivery CANNOT be replaced or refunded.

If you DO sign for the delivery as damaged, you MUST report the exact amount of damages to us within 5 days from the date that the delivery took place.

PLEASE NOTE: Any broken items reported after 5 days from receipt CANNOT be replaced or refunded. Photographs Of Broken Items May Be Required. Pillar Records will only replace or refund broken items delivered if the above conditions have been adhered to.

Faulty media must be sent back to us (after a returns number has been allocated via telephone or email) to the address above to enable us to do a full test on the media. If this media is found to be faulty (and not incompatible with your equipment) a full refund (or replacement) including shipping charges will be given. If alleged faulty media is returned to us, and is found to be in good working order, then a charge of £10 plus return shipping charges will be applied.

Customers have 21 days from receiving goods to report any faulty media purchased.
